San Antonio appointments for HVAC and garage door shops
Avantai Labs works with HVAC and home-service contractors in the San Antonio metro to book qualified homeowner appointments via paid acquisition and AI speed-to-lead — not Angi-style shared leads. Book a fit call: https://www.avantailabs.com/contact
Why San Antonio is a secondary metro
- Secondary on purpose. Hot-climate HVAC demand is the reason to have the page. It is taken up after Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, and it is not a claim that a San Antonio pilot has published results.
- The long cooling season does not make Bexar County one radius. Comal and New Braunfels sit northeast, Guadalupe sits east, and Medina sits west. Each is opt-in.
- Joint Base San Antonio shapes a lot of the nearby housing. A shop that does not serve base-adjacent neighborhoods should say so before launch. “Military city” is not a service area.
- Garage door demand is lumpier than HVAC: a storm week, then a thin board. A secondary metro does not change that, and it does not come with an Avantai show rate.
Qualification
Coverage is the ZIPs inside Bexar, or the slice of Comal, Guadalupe, or Medina you named. “Greater San Antonio” is not a qualification rule. Outside the list, the inquiry stops.
How it works
- Fit call — ICP, metro, capacity, and offer framing.
- Paid acquisition aimed at homeowners who need the service, in the contractor’s real service area. Not a shared lead pool.
- AI speed-to-lead — a fast first response and qualification so the inquiry does not go cold.
- Handoff of a booked appointment, or hot interest, with name, need, and window.
- A 60-day pilot on a flat monthly fee, then month to month. Ad spend stays in your own account. Exact scope is confirmed on the call.
Industry averages, not Avantai results
Published figures show home-service leads go cold in minutes. Avantai books estimates for home-service contractors with ads in the contractor’s own account and a first response in under a minute — not shared lead dumps, and not cold outreach to homeowners.
- Industry average. Contractor leads contacted within 5 minutes are far more likely to qualify than leads contacted after 30 minutes (MIT/InsideSales finding often cited as ~21×). Driven Results — Lead Response Time 2025
- Industry average. In a 2025 contractor lead sample, a text response under 60 seconds correlated with ~47% lead-to-appointment booking versus ~4% after 30 minutes. Vendor analysis — directional, not an Avantai result. Driven Results — Lead Response Time 2025
Avantai has no measured home-service results to publish yet. Until a pilot has confirmed figures, this page shows published market figures with their source, never Avantai outcomes.
