The problem

Expensive leads, lost to a slow reply.

Roofing is one of the most expensive trades to buy a lead in on Google search. You pay for it whether you call back in one minute or the next morning.

Your estimator is on a roof. The office is on another call. The form sits, and the homeowner calls the next roofer on the list.

A voicemail at 7 pm is a lead you paid for and never worked.

Nobody tracks which leads became estimates and which estimates became jobs. So you cannot tell which ad dollars work.

The numbers

Leads are expensive. A roof is worth more.

Published third-party figures. Not AVANTAI results.

At over $200 a lead and close to $10,000 a roof, the question is not whether leads are expensive. It is how many you lose to the clock.

We have no roofing client yet. The first roofing numbers we publish will be measured in our own pilots and labeled that way.

How it works

From the ad to a booked estimate

Seven steps. You approve the rules and the definition. We run the rest and report every week.

01 · Fit check

We look at your Google Business Profile, your reviews, the zip codes you want, and whether you qualify for pay-per-lead ads. The channel mix comes out of that. It is our call, made with your numbers, not a package.

02 · Ads in your account

Pay-per-lead ads on Google where you are eligible. Google Search where it makes sense. The spend runs in your ad account, on your card. You see every dollar.

03 · A page for roof replacement

One landing page for replacement work in your service area. Built to get a call or a form, with your reviews and your license on it.

04 · First contact in under 60 seconds

Every new form, call-back request and message gets a text and a call attempt in under 60 seconds, seven days a week, in English or Spanish. The AI makes the first touch. We review every conversation.

05 · Qualification

Owner or not. Address inside your area. Replacement or repair. Insurance claim or retail. Timing. The answers go into the booking note, so your estimator knows what he is walking into.

06 · Booking and reminders

Booked into your calendar, inside the slots you give us. Reminder texts before the visit. Reschedules handled, not dropped.

07 · Weekly report

Leads, response time, estimates booked and held, quotes sent, jobs sold. One page. You read it in a minute.

Hablamos español

Every lead gets an answer in English or Spanish, whichever the homeowner writes in. And if you would rather talk to us in Spanish, the call is in Spanish too.

Atendemos a sus clientes en inglés o en español. Y si usted prefiere hablar con nosotros en español, la llamada también es en español.

The definition

What counts as a qualified estimate

A booked estimate counts only when all five are true. It goes into the pilot agreement in writing before we start. You can make it stricter.

  1. 1The person who books owns the home, and every decision maker will be there for the estimate.
  2. 2The property is residential and inside the zip codes you serve.
  3. 3The job is a roof replacement, not a repair or a gutter job, unless you told us you want those too.
  4. 4They plan to do the work, through an insurance claim or paying retail, inside the window you set.
  5. 5Address, date and time are confirmed on your calendar, and a reminder has gone out.

Estimates that miss the definition are logged with the reason. They do not count in the day-60 numbers.

The pilot

How the 60-day pilot works

A flat monthly fee, no setup fee, and 60 days for the system to produce data. Ad spend is separate and stays in your account. After day 60 it runs month to month.

Flat monthly fee

Ads management, landing page, 60-second response, qualification, booking, reminders and reporting. The same fee in a busy month and a slow one.

No setup fee

We skip the setup fee. In exchange, you give the system the full 60 days.

Your ad account, your spend

You pay Google directly. Ads need enough budget to learn, so we set a minimum with you on the call, based on your zip codes. Budgets too small to learn from are not a fit.

Month to month after day 60

No long contract. You decide whether to continue with the day-60 numbers in front of you.

No guaranteed number of estimates or jobs. Prices are shared on the call, once we have seen your profile and your area.

Your side

What you commit to

Two things, written into the pilot agreement. Without them, 60 days of data say nothing.

1 · Run every booked estimate within 48 hours

A homeowner who waits a week for the estimate goes cold. That is not a test of the system.

2 · Tell us what happened to every estimate

Sold, lost or pending. That is how we optimize toward signed jobs, not toward form fills.

Day 60

What we measure on day 60

Agreed when you sign. Counted the same way from day one. You keep the numbers whether you continue or not.

Estimates booked
Under the written definition, with the reason for every one that missed it.
Estimates held
The visit happened and the decision makers were there.
Quotes sent
From your side, after the visit.
Jobs sold
Signed replacements, from the status you report.
Cost of each
Ad spend plus our fee, divided by each step: per booked estimate, per held estimate, per quote, per sold job.
Response time
Seconds to first contact on every lead, day and night.

Limits

What we do not do

  • We do not guarantee a number of estimates or jobs. Nobody has data from your zip codes yet, including us.

  • We do not have a roofing case to show you yet. The pilot is how we get one, and you see every number as it comes in.

  • We do not sell shared leads. Every lead comes from ads in your account.

  • We do not text or call homeowners who never asked to hear from you.

  • We do not climb roofs, write quotes or close jobs. That part is yours.

Questions Houston roofers ask

How many estimates will I get?

We do not promise a number. It depends on your zip codes, your reviews, your ad budget and the season. What we commit to is the work, the 60-second response, and a day-60 report with booked, held, quoted and sold, and the cost of each.

Is this Local Services Ads management?

Partly, when you are eligible. Google is moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals. We decide the mix with you after looking at your profile, your eligibility, your area and the search volume there. Google Search runs alongside when it makes sense.

Who answers my leads?

An AI agent makes the first contact in under 60 seconds, by text and with a call attempt, in English or Spanish, using the questions and rules you approve. We review every conversation and step in when a lead needs a person. You get a booked estimate with the answers attached.

Do you handle insurance claims?

We ask whether it is an insurance claim or retail before booking, and it goes into the note. We do not advise homeowners on their claim. That conversation is yours.

Which areas do you cover?

Houston metro: Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties. Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Cypress, Spring, Pearland and the rest of the zip codes you actually serve.

Who is this not for?

Franchises and national companies, one-person outfits without a crew, out-of-state storm chasers, and anyone who wants to test with a budget too small to produce data.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Leads get answered in English or Spanish, whichever they write in. If you prefer the call with us in Spanish, it is in Spanish. Hablamos español.

What do you need from me?

Access to your Google Business Profile and ad account, an hour to set the rules and the definition, a calendar we can book into, estimates run within 48 hours, and the status of every estimate.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, no setup fee during the 60-day pilot, then month to month. Ad spend is separate and paid by you, in your account. We share the numbers on the call.

Show us your zip codes.

20 minutes. We look at your Google profile, your service area and how fast your leads get a reply today. If the math does not work for your area, we say so on the call.
