Who you'd be working with
I run a freight brokerage. That's the whole reason this works.
My name is Chema Fernández. For the last nine years I've run Cargoback, a freight brokerage in Spain — quoting lanes, fighting for margin, chasing PODs, and taking shippers off incumbents who'd had them for years. AVANTAI is the outbound system I built for that business, now run for brokers, 3PLs and forwarders in the United States.

Why a broker should care who I am
Most agencies selling meetings to freight companies have never quoted a lane. They learn the vocabulary, buy a list, and send a thousand emails that say "I help freight brokers scale." A traffic manager deletes those before the second line.
I've been on the other side of that inbox. I know what a shipper is actually annoyed about on a Tuesday morning, which lanes people are quietly desperate to cover, and why "we're happy with our current provider" almost never means what it says. That's not research. It's nine years of being the one making the calls.
It also means I know what I'm asking of you. A meeting with a shipper who isn't ready wastes your afternoon and burns your reputation. So the system is built to filter, not to inflate a number on a report.
What AVANTAI actually does
We install and run an outbound system that puts qualified shipper meetings on your calendar. Data, sequences, mailboxes, follow-up and the AI agents that keep it moving — built once, then operated week after week.
You get meetings. You close them. We don't sit in your sales calls, we don't quote on your behalf, and we don't sell you hours.
The definition of a qualified meeting is written into the agreement before we start, so there's no argument later about what counts.
What I won't tell you
I won't guarantee a number of meetings. Anyone who does is either pricing the risk into the fee or planning to send you anyone with a pulse.
I won't tell you this replaces your sales team. It feeds them. If nobody on your side can work the meetings, the system makes your problem more visible, not smaller.
And I'll tell you on the first call if I don't think it fits your operation. That call costs me twenty minutes; a bad three-month engagement costs us both a lot more.
“I built this because I needed it in my own brokerage before I offered it to anyone else.”
Twenty minutes, no deck
Tell me about your lanes and how you win shippers today. If it fits, I'll show you exactly how the system would run for your shop. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
