AI SDR outbound for Austin HVAC contractors

Avantai’s AI SDR outbound layer books qualified homeowner HVAC appointments for Austin contractors. Travis, Williamson, and Hays are separate choices, and Austin is a secondary metro, not a third pilot. The AI layer qualifies the inquiry before anyone is booked. Not cold email to homeowners, and not a shared lead. Book a fit call: https://www.avantailabs.com/contact

What changes in this metro

  • Austin is a secondary metro. The DFW and Houston pilots come first. This page exists so an Austin shop reads the same offer with its own county rules, not so a result can be implied.
  • Travis, Williamson, and Hays are written down as separate choices. Round Rock and Georgetown are not South Austin, and Kyle or San Marcos is not a central Austin service call. Drive time from your shop decides it.
  • West of the city the Hill Country stretches the radius fast. A click that still says “Austin” on an ad report can be an hour out. If that ZIP is not on your list, it is not booked.
  • Homeowner demand here is paid. The outbound layer responds and qualifies. It does not email a list of Central Texas households under your name.

Jobs the layer can book

  • No-cool and no-heat service inside the ZIPs you listed.
  • Replacement conversations where the homeowner owns the property. Newer suburban builds and older central homes can be split into separate rules on the fit call.
  • Maintenance-plan interest only when you asked for it. It is not used to fill a slow week.

How a pilot starts

The fit call fixes service area, the jobs you want more of, and what a qualified appointment means in writing. Paid demand and the AI-assisted outbound layer run against those rules. Anything outside them is not handed off as booked work. Cold email to homeowners is not part of the pilot.

A setup fee plus a flat monthly fee. The numbers are set on the fit call; there is no public price list. 3-month pilot. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. No per-appointment fee and no volume guarantee. The price does not change by city. Avantai measured reply rate and show rate for this metro are pending.
