Qualified shipper meetings, booked on your calendar.

AI outbound by email and LinkedIn to shippers that fit your buildings or your lanes. Every reply is qualified on volume, SKUs or pallets, lanes, mode and timing before it becomes a 30-minute meeting. For warehousing and fulfillment 3PLs and customs brokers without an SDR team.

Built by the operator behind Cargoback, a freight brokerage that acquired 1,800 shippers through lead generation, with zero referrals. Measured in-house at Cargoback, the founder's brokerage. AVANTAI does not move freight or offer warehousing.

  • 30 min

First meeting with a decision maker at a shipper

  • 6 months

The shipper's need has to fall inside this window

  • Email + LinkedIn

  • 1,800

Shippers Cargoback acquired through lead gen, zero referrals. Measured in-house

  • Weekly

Report: accounts touched, replies, meetings booked and held

  • 3 months

The problem

You grow on referrals. Until they stop.

A large account leaves or a new building opens, and the racks sit empty while the owner looks for the next customer.

There is no SDR team. The owner, the general manager or one salesperson prospects between operational fires.

Shippers run RFPs with the providers they already know. If you were not in the conversation before the RFP, you are not on the list.

Customs brokers wait for importers to find them. The importer with a new product line or a new port of entry already has a broker by the time they search.

How it works

From the first email to a meeting on your calendar

Six steps. You approve the profile and the messaging. We run the rest and report every week.

01 · Define the fit

We write down who you can serve: product type, pallet positions or SKUs, order volume, regions, lanes, modes, and your minimum. That profile drives everything else.

02 · Find the shippers

Accounts are built from companies that match the profile and show a reason to move: a new market, a second fulfillment node, a new import program, a contract coming up for renewal.

03 · Write and send

Email and LinkedIn to the people who decide, from secondary domains so your operational email is never at risk. The message is about their move, not your square footage. You approve every claim before it goes out.

04 · Qualify the reply

Replies get a fast answer and the fit questions: volume, SKUs or pallets, lanes, mode, timing. Below your threshold, the thread is closed politely and logged with the reason.

05 · Book the meeting

A fit books 30 minutes on your calendar, with a short brief: who they are, what they need, and what they said.

06 · Report weekly

Accounts touched, replies, qualified meetings, meetings held, and why the rest did not qualify.

Who it is for

Two kinds of logistics sellers

Same system, different fit questions. Both sell to shippers. Neither has time to prospect.

Warehousing & fulfillment 3PLs

Owner, CEO or VP Sales of a small or mid-size warehouse or fulfillment company

You sell space, labor and accuracy. The shipper you want is opening a second node, outgrowing its current provider, or planning for peak.

  • Fit on pallet positions, SKU count, order volume, product type and special handling
  • Signals: a new market, a second fulfillment node, a provider out of space before peak, a contract renewal
  • Meetings with supply chain directors, VPs of logistics, heads of fulfillment and procurement

Customs brokers & forwarders

Owner or VP Sales of a customs brokerage or a freight forwarder

You sell clearance, compliance and international moves. The importer you want is launching a product line, changing sourcing countries, or tired of delays at the border.

  • Fit on entries or shipments per month, ports, modes, commodities and origin countries
  • Signals: a new import program, a sourcing shift, a new port of entry, a trade compliance hire
  • Meetings with import managers, VPs of logistics, trade compliance leads and procurement

The definition

What counts as a qualified meeting

A meeting counts only when all five are true. The thresholds are yours and go into the pilot in writing before we start.

  1. 1A decision maker at a shipper: supply chain director, VP of logistics, head of fulfillment, import manager or procurement.
  2. 2A real need in the next six months for the storage, fulfillment, clearance or forwarding you provide.
  3. 3Volume above the threshold you set: pallets, SKUs, orders, entries or shipments.
  4. 4Inside your regions, lanes and modes.
  5. 5They attend a 30-minute call with your team. A booked meeting that does not happen does not count.

Why an operator

Built by someone who has bought and sold logistics services

AVANTAI's founder has run Cargoback, a freight brokerage in Spain, for nine years. Cargoback acquired 1,800 shippers through lead generation, with zero referrals.

That is why the outreach talks about the shipper's move and not your square footage, and why the qualification questions are the ones your operations team would ask. AVANTAI does not move freight, does not offer warehousing, and does not compete with you for the account.

The 1,800 figure is measured in-house at Cargoback, the founder's brokerage. It is not an AVANTAI client result and not a forecast for your company.

Limits

What we do not do

  • We do not move freight, store goods, clear customs or offer capacity. If you need trucks, that is CargoBack (cargoback.com), not this offer.

  • We do not quote your rates or promise service levels on your behalf.

  • We do not sell lead lists. You get booked meetings with the answers attached.

  • We do not guarantee a number of meetings. We commit to the work and to a weekly report you can check.

  • We do not send from your operational domain. Outreach runs on separate domains.

The deal

Flat pricing. A three-month pilot.

Setup plus a flat monthly fee. No price per meeting and no long contract. The pilot runs three months so outreach reaches real buying windows, not just the first week of replies.

Setup

Fit profile, domains and mailboxes, account research, messaging and qualification rules. Done before the first email goes out.

Flat monthly fee

Outreach, reply handling, qualification, booking and the weekly report. The same fee in a busy month and in a slow one.

3-month pilot, 30 days' notice

After the pilot it runs month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

No guaranteed meeting count. Numbers are shared on the fit call, once we know your profile and threshold.

Questions 3PLs and brokers ask

Do you move freight or offer warehouse space?

No. AVANTAI books meetings between your company and shippers. The site visit, the quote and the operation are yours. If you need trucks or capacity, that is CargoBack (cargoback.com), the founder's brokerage, not this offer.

Who attends the meetings?

A decision maker at the shipper: a supply chain director, VP of logistics, head of fulfillment, import manager or someone in procurement. On your side, whoever sells: usually the owner, the general manager or the VP Sales.

How many meetings will we get?

We do not promise a number. It depends on your profile, your threshold and your market. We commit to the work and to a weekly report with accounts touched, replies, qualified meetings and meetings held. The pilot is three months so you judge on meetings that actually happened.

Do you work with customs brokers and forwarders too?

Yes. The system is the same. The fit questions change: entries or shipments per month, ports, modes, commodities and origin countries instead of pallets and SKUs.

Will this hurt our email deliverability?

It should not. Outreach runs from secondary domains with warmed mailboxes and proper authentication. The domain your customers and carriers use is never part of the campaign.

What do you need from us?

About an hour to define the profile and thresholds, approval of the messaging, a calendar link, and someone who shows up to the meetings.

What does it cost?

A setup fee plus a flat monthly fee, with a three-month pilot and 30 days' notice after that. No price per meeting. We share the numbers on the fit call.

Tell us who you want to meet.

A 20-minute call. We look at your buildings or lanes, your threshold, and whether outbound can find enough shippers that fit. If it cannot, we say so.

  • No guaranteed meeting count, no long contract
  • 3-month pilot, then 30 days' notice
  • Weekly report you can check
